It’s settled it helps soften it and it’s not too hard. I get a baby spoon and use like 5 spoons for me but at the beginning since I didn’t know how much it would affect me but I’d tell you to do the same thing in case it it affects you more than I or less and go from there
The morning sickness for weeks or longer is ass. But then when you start getting big and then things start to just.. hurt. The back pain with my son was just terrible. I couldn’t sit or sleep comfortably for the last like two months. -.-

Definitely constipation, and the last few weeks that you can’t get comfortable for nothing.
A tip for constipation is to drink lots of water and benefiber the powder or anything that has fiber like fiber one bars etc.
