Why am I gaining weight?
How is it possible that I’ve gained weight? Maybe because I have my period? I don’t know but I’ve been doing so good these past couple of weeks and I know I can’t expect a crazy change in loss but I didn’t expect to step on the scale at the doctors and weigh more 😩

Here too. Some baking soda with water works wonders. Think I only had had heartburn once before being pregnant now it's all the time
