This back pain will not ease up at all I tried walking, laying, a hot shower, sitting on my yoga ball it's just keeps getting more and more intense

My doctor told me to drink the lowest dose of pain killers (Tylenol) it gets you sleepy and eases your pain but if that doesn’t help you should really get checked it could be you’re having contractions instead of false contractions
@cierralhoffman, you’re about to have a human baby come out of you in a couple of hours (maybe) you need to do what’s more comfortable for you. Just let your body do it’s thing don’t try to take control it will make it worse. You need to wake someone up to help you just in case your water breaks or something it’s always good to have company
