I was going to say exactly what @wellabean0413 said.
I’d think UTI or bladder infection.
Some hurt and some show no signs.
If it IS a bladder infection then she’ll need antibiotics.
Until she can be seen id do zero bubble baths, and fragrant free shampoo. And lots and lots of fluids.

Has she seemed extra stressed lately? It could be something going on emotionally that's triggering it.
