My friend works at hairzoo in Henrietta! Iv been to hairzoo plenty of times to get my hair dyed and I think my mom always used to pay around $100, yes but what @massgirl said try empire beauty school or continental ☺️ hope you find something. I do my own hair cause I’m to broke for salon prices lol

uh oh yeah I wouldn’t do that then, what color is her hair now? If they have to bleach it and make it blonde that itself will cost some. Good luck in finding someplace cheaper ☺️
