Hey mommas! I have some weird questions and I’m looking for some insight on moms who are thinking or presently living in this kinda situation!
Me and my fiancé are looking into buying a camper/RV and we have one picked out that has a bedroom and two bunks and room for the crib/daybed for the baby as he grows! It’s going to be kinda temporary but semi permanent for now! How do some of your other mommas feel about living in a situation like that or how do you do it and make space for everything? Especially with school schedules work schedules and raising your youngen!
Comment or PM me :) id love some serious insight on this! I know it’s doable just curious how other moms handle the first month struggles as swinging into the routine of it all
I would search on YouTube. There’s so many that post about their experiences.
Definitely doable there are some really nice campers out there. We have a 5th wheel we use in the summer and while we haven’t used with baby yet we have gone with a 120 lb German Shepherd and there is plenty of space.
I will say if you plan to use during the winter you will go through A LOT of propane! And if it snows you’ll need to make sure you clean it off the top of the slides.
Just a tip the beds and not comfy. I got an extra pad to put on top for a better nights sleep will eventually get a brand new mattress but it helps.
Yeah we were thinking of getting one of those box beds to fit the frame for ours! And the camper comes with the memory foam teddy bear mattresses for the kids! And where we’re looking to park it our buddy said when it came time for winter we could park it in the barn to keep the snow off! Because we have a 9.5 year old and a 6 year old and of course baby boy
We did it for a bit while my hubby traveled for work. We would go to different state parks and camp by the lake. It was fun. We just has our daughter at the time though..it's do-able for sure.
