My baby is 2 weeks old. Hes been on a scedule where he eats 3 ounces of formula every 3 hours. Well 2 hours later he woke up acting like he was starving and this has been happening all day. He will barely eat, fall asleep and wake up before its time to eat acting like hes starving...
Do you try to offer him a pacifier to see if he just wants to suck? But they do cluster feed where they will more often but eat less, usually an oz an hour so if he just ate a hour ago only make him 1 oz and see how that goes.
Yea whenevrr he fusses i always offer him his passie first just in case
Just feed him on demand. His schedule will most likely change as he gets older

However an hour after that he started acting like he was straining again and acted that way all night. He threw up this morning about an hour after eating. He has been acting like he'...

I don't want to be over feeding him , he also spits up a lot & sometimes I have a really hard time getting his gases out he randomly gets these tantrums out of nowhere because he has trapped gas & the only way he calms down is if I pick him up and walk around the ...
Switching to formula. How often will she eat? She's been asleep for two hours now. Should I wake her up to eat or wait until she gets up on her own?
I’m experiencing this with my son too every time I think I figured out his feeding schedule he switches up on me when we got home from the hospital he was going 2oz every two hours a few days later on that week he started drinking 3 oz now he drinks about 2.5 every two hours but occasionally will wake up an hour instead of two for more.Im just going along with his demands and taking it day by day cuz at this age their constantly changing and still adjusting.
