I had months it would hurt and others it wouldn’t at all. The month I got pregnant I had horrible ovulation pain.

@erikajsg23, oh no. That sounds awful. Mine was only painful for no longer than an hour or two. Then sore on whichever side I ovulated from for maybe a couple more hours.
