@diva_mama5, yes I made a gravy too. Maybe next time I am going to add celery and baby carrots instead of cutting up carrots

Sometimes I buy the carrots with the little ridges in it, sometimes I even cut up my potatoes too. Just depends how I feel while cooking. But your roast looks delicious. 🤤
