I didn’t switch my son to level 2 until like last month.. if he’s choking, drinking too fast, or visibly having issues with it then I would wait and try size 2 later on.

My girls still drink from slow flow nipples. They never was able to be switched they just wouldnt drink the bottles because it came out to fast for them.

My youngest was on a stage 1 for the entire first year! It’s not necessary to change unless it starts taking them closer to an hour to finish a bottle.
