I ordered a custom banner in February for Bellamy’s birthday party this weekend, and I still haven’t received it... amazon is saying it’s lost, and I am completely devastated. The seller doesn’t even want to help me out by sending a replacement and also has the nerve to tell me that the only way I can get a refund is if I send it back to them. Hello, dumbass, I have no product to send back! 🤬 I’m completely livid.

@miaheka, no problem, I had this issue before and all I did was explain the situation to my bank and they sent my money back
@gianasmom, I mean, if I got it in the mail the next couple of days I would be fine, you know? But amazon saying it’s lost is not very positive so we’re just going to have to dispute it anyways. :/
@miaheka I agree with disputing. Also leave a review on Amazon, and notify Amazon. They usually don't keep sellers who have this issue if it continues or has had other reports
