so since i got on my birth control i’ve experienced lite bleeding like every few weeks and sometimes it lasts a few weeks. it’s so weird, not even period bleeding. I only have to wear a liner throughout the day, I have no period symptoms like I used to. and it’s very light red/pink. it’s weird bc my doctor said my birth control would stop my period so this bleeding is weird. i got my birth control in january. anyone else experience this?

If you have the IUD that will happen for a little while and then your periods will completely stop I had the mirena with my first and I have it in again.
@shaneengregory29, the hormones in the pill made mine go all over the place, 1 second im happy the next i’m bawling my eyes out for no reason. plus it made me super mean, I was only able to take them for a week then I got pregnant 🤷🏻♀️
I had an IUD which did that me and it lasted for an entire year and then the day I scheduled to have it removed, it fell out. They said that was probably why I kept bleeding like that. I refused another one after that and just went on the pill. Seems to be the only birth control my body can handle.
