not sure if i have thrush or just dryness or wrong flange size but its been añmost 2 months and my nipples dont heal , they crack and hurts to pump i have to be moving the flange sometimes it hurts more and i just dont heal,
ouch. That sounds painful. Have you been to you doctor? Or maybe a lactation consultant. Or maybe just try some things at home first? Thrush you could order gentian violet.. also coconut oil is a natural anti fungal. In the beginning when my nips would get sore, I would apply a small amount of coconut oil to them before pumping as a lubricant. Look on amazon for the next size up on the flanges.
