Anybody had problems buying items on shpock before? I've bought an outfit for my boy and the lady keeps making excuses why she can't post it out to me saying she has the flu. I've waited over 2 weeks now, so I've asked her for my money back instead and she has just ignored me 😥. Not sure where I go from here, as I paid her through a bank transfer so not sure I'll be covered under shpocks terms and conditions.

Oh no, never pay via bank transfer, shpock won't cover you..
@gem_1618 is the shpock whizz though so she might be able to help

@gem_1618 @kerryy23 Thank you ladies for all your advice. I called the bank today they logged the complaint with her bank. I sent a message to her telling her this and she sent the money back through to me straight away. Xx

I always just do cash on collection and only buy things I can travel to or if I did pay online wud use PayPal some people r rediclous

I know,I usually buy local , however I was looking for a smart suit for my little one, there wasn't many local ones his size. She obviously intended not to send it out in the first place , or she can't afford to pay me back.
