There’s no point really :) not much difference in it :) hvs say to stay on first milk xx

I moved to follow on milk mainly because you can get 2 for £13 at Asda !
And they're basically the same milk xx

I used the cow and gate 1st one till grace was 1 then switched her over to full fat milk but tried the milk that is from 1/5 but easier plus cheaper to keep her on the milk we use

Are you on about cow&gate? How the first one only goes to 6 months now? If so, when i first had Jessika I had the older ones that I had already brought that was birth to a year, and all the ingredients are the same, so i dont know why now they have changed it from birth to only 6 months. I'm keeping her on that one. & then I'll wean her onto big milk (the blue cravendale with all added vitamins and iron) at about 11 months xx

@casey19 so do i🤭 ive used it for all my babies tho, cjay I had to because he was born early, so he use to get it prescribed and with logan and Jessika I just didn't see the harm in extra vitamins. I give it to Jessika in a oz of milk because I know she's just going to spit it back out if it tastes as bad as it smells😂x

yh that's how long cjay was on it for😊 he had a iron supplement too that he had to have for a year xx

Follow on milk was only created so that formula could be advertised. There is this big thing now about promoting breastfeeding for the first 6 months, it means that formula use within the first 6 months can't be promoted xx

My midwife said there's barely any difference and it's just to keep you buying the same brand so I stayed on number 1
