Unless you’ve touched heads or shared a hat/brush/etc then it’s highly unlikely you got it. I’d have someone do a head check for you before using a treatment.

I checked her head for lice but I didnt see shit but I touched her head and probably mine sometime after because of placebo itching

It’s pretty unlikely that they’d transfer from her head to your hand to your head. Your hair would have to touch her hair for you to get it from her. How does she know she has it?

she was being paranoid and she checked her boyfriends head because he was itching and had white little things I'm his hair so she said he has lice 100% idk about her honestly she has dark hair but I light scalp and I didnt see any bugs just what looked like really bad dandruff. She argued that dandruff can not be as sticky as the stuff in her hair that she thinks is eggs but idk

Lice can live up to 24 hours off the hair follicle...so towels, pillows and material lounges are a place that can transfer from one head to another... it’s so frustrating to get rid of... just use a lice comb n a cheap bottle of conditioner and every second day while showering lather ur hair with conditioner n comb through ur hair for 16 days. Cheaper than using lice chemicals and ur hair will love it.

I would personally treat myself anyways. If your hair wasn't up and you were with her all day there's a large chance you did get it. They can jump and as someone else pointed out can also live on house items for a full day. If you laid back against a couch even, that could've given you lice.

I've got super thick curly hair and I dont want lice 😫. I'm honestly more worried about my 3 year old that was climbing on her back and stuff for piggy back rides, I can barely get her to wash her hair let alone with a lice treatment
