Considering Persephone for this baby girls name. Anybody have good names that go well with her big sister's name Penelope.

I agree with the above suggestions. I think Penelope and Piper would be so sweet together. Here are some other suggestions Paige, Peyton, Paislee if you want to stick with P names. Others could be Rosalie, Charlotte, or Magnolia.
