The ingredients have nothing to do with what kind of company they are in the way of organization. If you say the products are a waste of money I might agree with you. If you say their products aren't great, ok, I might also agree. But to claim they are a pyramid scheme or MLM, when they are not, is misinformation.

so. Why is there such a huge market for "aveda schools" and "aveda ambassadors" ? Because aveda created a product and they marketed it I. A way that one

A. Goes to school to learn about it.

B. Becomes an ambassador after school.

C. Sells that idea to the salon that hires them after school.

Sure ots nit the traditional scheme that most think of, but it's a crock of shit none the less

Not only all those great things but they have donated millions and millions of dollars for clean water in other countries and within the U.S 🤗

Sorry your post that was meant to be positive is being turned around. I think it is amazing that a company would take the time to put so much back into their employees. Whether a small local or large global company the value one has in their employees determines alot about how they will take care of their customers. How fortunate to have daycare onsite!
