There’s typically no live sperm in pre-ejaculate, so its extremely rare to become pregnant from it.

@kaguirre, it’s a small possibility but you can’t always rely on that. Both of my girls were conceived while I had an IUD in so they weren’t supposed to be either 🤷🏻‍♀️
