Been having dizzy spells that have cold sweats and nausea with them and then intense exhaustion. Had some cramping last night in low abs and back and am exhausted today. Should I call the doc?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
