Never. The TV is mostly off. We read, play, eat, nap. If the TV is on its to watch local news or something that we want to watch. Little man doesn't sit and watch TV with us though. He plays on his own instead.
I try to limit 1-2hr a day. We usually turn on a movie in the evening so we can have some free time but I also work out 3-4 times a week at home so I’ll also play a movie just to work out peacefully.
While we’re up during the day before my husband comes home. It’s treated as background noise my daughter watches tv in maybe 3 min spurts throughout the day. And when my husband comes home we watch adult programming 😂 but now if my daughter would sit down and watch tv for an extended time then it would be a different story
Our tv is usually on but she doesn’t really watch it ever unless she’s laying down for a nap or bed really. It’s mostly just for the noise😂 but I love cartoons so it stays on them pretty much all day unless I’m feeling “serious” lmao
