Any moms still experience back pain after having your little one? I literally have “back spasms”... like jolts of pain just shoot up my spine randomly . Sometimes just once then other times it’ll be constant for days . Anyone have a similar story ? What have your physician told you? (Tylenol or even ibuprofen 800 doesn’t help 🤦🏾♀️)
lucky you !! Lol i had a c section 🤦🏾♀️ definitely not by choice
@messiah-mommy, I wish I could say I was a super strong woman and just refused the epidural all along but the reality is when I got there it was too late to even be an option. 😱 Anyway, I’ve heard other mothers mention that the epidural had caused them to have back issues
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

What's your un mean??
Just for fun and curiosity what's your username mean?!?
Yes. I never had much back trouble before I became pregnant with my daughter. It’s not spasms so much for me but like solid back ache for days. At times feels like I can’t pick up anything, much less myself. I didn’t have an epidural so I can’t blame it on that. She must have tweaked something while she was in there. I use a heating pad to try and loosen up when I get a chance
