Okay so I don’t know what this is (his doctor doesn’t either) he’s had it since he was born and his doctor gave him a prescription for this and it’s not working at all (Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.025%) He scratches it all day.
Any of you dealing with something similar? If so what works for you?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

If it’s itches then definitely time to see a dermatologist. I’m shocked the pediatrician didn’t reference a dermatologist.

I would take him to a dermatologist. Could be anything from severe eczema to a fungal or yeast infection

it’s always bothered him and the medicine we’ve been using was working and now it isn’t

then a pediatric dermatologist is your best bet. They’ll know how to figure out what it is, and what to do

I’ve tried. His pediatrician had someone look at it and they gave him that prescription but it all of a sudden stopped working

I would suggest a dermatologist. If its more than just on good head I would go to an allergist too. My sons have eczema but my oldest is the worst. He uses the triamcinolone acetonide cream, fluocinolone acetonide oil, and mupirocin cream to prevent infection if he scratches his skin open. I also use raw shea butter.
