I wanted to get my son circumcised for religious reasons but my so was against it so I caved I regret it though

All three of my boys are circumcised. To each their own everyone has they’re own opinions and I don’t judge anyone for doing it or not doing it.

I got my son circumcised and I plan on getting my second one circumcised as well. My 6 year old brother did not get circumcised and has suffered from way too many infections & my mom is about to get him circumcised at the age of 6 which is waaaaay more painful than getting it done as a newborn

I got my son circumcised cuz I knew an old man who had to get it done at like 80 cuz the skin wouldn’t retract properly

Not medically necessary according to our doctor it’s just cosmetic at this point. Our son is 3.5 and we have not had an issue. If he chooses to later in life that will be his decision.

Not sure if it is still on Netflix but the American Circumcision documentary I feel is a really good way to get glimpses of both sides of the fence. Personally I would never do it unless it was medically needed. Thankfully my husband is intact so there was no having to argue the fact. But I think there is a lot of misinformation that people base doing this on and I just can’t see modifying my son’s genitalia when there is nothing wrong with it. :/ But in the end you need to do your own reaseach and speak the the baby’s dad and come to an agreement that works for your family. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I didn't with my son especially after watching how its done and his peditrician said wasnt medically necessary either she even said when she was training the doctor didnt use anything to numb the area

I let my husband have say over the boys as he has one and I don't 😂 neither of our boys are/will be circumcised. My step son is but it was for medical reasons (nothing having to do with circumcision). Also the story my mom told me of when my brother was circumcised, she asked the dr if she could be with him when he got it done and he said she wouldn't want to be. She said she could hear him screaming down the hall when he was getting it done 😫

I got my sons circumcised He was perfectly fine.

I have all boys and I let my husband decide on it. I don’t know what it’s like to have a penis so he was the decision maker.

I have 2 boys & neither one of them is circumcised. I think it’s so cruel & if they were meant to have their penis like that they would be born like that. Just have to educate them when they get older on how to clean themselves. At the end of the day it’s your child & your recibir I’ve never been for it.

You're gonna get so many mixed answers here. I'd suggest researching circumcision on your own. All methods or none, watch a video, talk to your family.

I have two girls but if I had a boy someday then I will be circumcising him.
