🤔 So out of curiosity I broke down an estimate of how much milk I have produced from 7:30 p.m. on 2/14 until now. Here it goes-
15,128 ml=516.712 oz
516.712 oz=64.589 cups
64.589 cups=16.147 qts
16.147 qts=4.03 gal
In almost a months time I have produced 4.03 gallons of milk give or take 😮 !!!

Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???

I know what I was meaning to ask y'all . Is it true that at the age of one your baby would have to switch to sippy cups because of their teeth rotting out? The nurse told me I would have to stop Carmen from drinking out of bottles since she's has been switched to whole milk because it will start rotting out her teeth.🤔 Help me understand because either way wouldn't the whole milk still be in her mouth unless you brush her teeth ?

Wow I never looked at it this way . I have breastfeeding for a year I wonder how many gallons of milk I produced I’m curious now lol
