I peed the bed the night before lol but other then on n off sharp pains and cramping  and after just alot of pressure for a bit no signs.

I took hot shower didnt rly help, walked around house seemed to make a tad better and laid down and they kinda dissipated after about an hour but it started from 430 to 6
