Ok I need advice!! I went in to see my neurologist to get him to sign off that I can push during labor and not have a c-section(I have a cyst on my brain most likely there since birth). Well the doctor wasn’t in so I saw the nurse and she said she wouldn’t sign off on it because she isn’t able to give me an MRI to check to see if it has changed while I’m pregnant, but she said she would talk to the neurologist to see if he would but she doesn’t think he will. That was yesterday and today I went in to my OB and only got to see the nurse and she said She’ll be scheduling my c-section and I asked what if I sign something stating that I understand the risks with a vaginal delivery so I don’t have to have a c-section and she said she doesn’t think I’m allowed to do that. I feel like I’m being pushed around by these doctors! I’ve given birth vaginally to two babies and have had no problems! There is no problem with the baby if I deliver vaginally so I don’t know why I can’t decide what I want! If the baby was at risk I would for sure have a csection but it has nothing to do with him! Has anyone ever been through something similar???????

Sorry for the long post just needed to vent!

@kharvell18845 I'm not sure but you should be able to at any point but maybe call around and ask Dr's to see if they will accept I don't think it's fair that they are not giving you the option for a normal birth when you have already had 2
