So moms, I started a new job a little over a month ago. I HATE IT. I was trained for 4 days then thrown in on my own. There’s still so many questions the clients here ask me and I don’t have an answer because I don’t know. My supervisors are always in court or meeting(I work in a drug abuse office), so they are never here to ask questions. I decided to look for a new job and accepted one earlier this week. This place is so bad that I don’t even think I can finish out another week. How do I tell them this is my last week and not be harsh or awkward!!!!
I want this to be my last week, so I can start my new job Monday.. I’m tempted to email after my shift Thursday since I only work Monday-Thursday and tell them that was my last shift for this company
Is it frowned upon to email my two supervisors? They are literally never here to talk to in person.
I would email them. Probably the most professional of the two.
Be straight forward in regards to why you're quitting.
@mychemicalshaymance, is it bad to not give 2 weeks. Like I really cannot do it. Not to mention the trainer will pop in when she feels like it and then will yell, I mean yell at me when things aren’t done right like I’m supposed to know after not being trained
@alexxpeters96 honestly that's not professional behavior from them so imo, don't worry about it. Just don't list them as a reference in the future.
With the truth. Simply write a professional letter stating that you have accepted new employment. And give your two week notice.
I would tell them exactly why you’re leaving. They didn’t train you well enough to do your job and no one is there to help you out.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
