Is 6 month old sleep regression a myth or true? Because out of nowhere my daughter has turned into a hell beast at night. No teeth coming in or illness.. just turned into a non sleeping demon. Doesn't help i work now, and have to be up at 6 every day... dear god I'd give anything to be a SAHM again 😥

Mine did it at 5 months his almost seven months now and it stopped when he turned 6 months thank god i loosing my mind

Definitely real can hit anytime between 4 -8  months.
