Not to harp on you but your children are in your car very dangerously. Bc they’re wearing heavy coats, you’re not able to tighten them securely enough. Also what pp said. Its so dangerous for children under 2 to be forward facing- and illegal. Their little spinal chord isn’t prepared for impact if you did get in an accident. The spinal chord is their entire nervous system. They could end up paralyzed if not dead. Please protect your precious cargo
I know there was so much I didn’t know and should have read my manuals. Every car seat is different. If you have the time, I really would encourage you to call your local firehouse and ask if they have someone certified in car seat safety. They’ll show you how to properly install the car seat and harness your children❤️
@phoebesmommy thank you I literally just called my husband to tell him this he was as surprised as I was and concerned to he said he was going to fix his car seat as soon as he got home and also about the local firehouse we will definitely look into doing that it's a great idea to know the safety of our kids thank you for the advise

Their coats are way to big, and they are not properly strapped in. @oggirl.mom is also right about your son forward facing.

Thank you for letting me know I left the coats on that day it was super cold outside to take it off but thank you

when it’s super cold I drap the coat and a blanket over her and warm the car up before we go in so the cars all warm
