yes that’s dangerous to me but my daughter loves her necklace & they were made to be around your neck you get me but me I don’t even sleep with earrings lol
Bracelets like 6 mths and my one son I had a ring on him till it got too snug butt I will say he's the only one I could do that with cause he didn't notice it was there and that was at 3 mths
i personally wouldn’t put it on until they’re a little older like 3 years old. Just because they can play with it and put it in their mouth, or necklaces getting stuck on clothing ect

Birth bracket , necklace only when going out , my son wore his braclet home from the hospital and never messed with it cause he was so used to it
