@kjbailey2016, how long are your cycles typically? It’s normal for them to fluctuate a couple days. I would only be worried if I was a week late without a positive pregnancy test.
I’m not sure. My December period was the 31st-Jan3rd I didn’t have a period in January. I had one February 3rd that lasted 6 days and they usually only last 3-5. I’ve NEVER missed a period unless pregnant. My periods are usually around the 20th but lately they’re crazy

No it just means your cycle is late, our bodies are never on a schedule like we would like them to be

No, just that you’re late in you’re cycle, some women have up to 32 day cycles and it’s very normal.

luteal phase is a normal phase of the cycle, I’d talk to your doctor if you’re missing periods
