Why is weaning so hard? 😅lol this boy is too attached to his mama!! I haven't fully tried, because when he wakes up at night I will just nurse him. I was thinking of waiting until he sleeps through the night, otherwise it seems pointless... thoughts??

I didn't really wean my daughter because I was pumping for her....so I'm new to this...

@lex_6 yes I heard this too....I think he is sleeping longer stretches too....I hope he just naturally stops waking up between those hours.

He wont sleep through the night until you wean him lol. My daughter was weaned at 2 and after that slept through the night. She only comfort nurses

You're right. Because he is well fed and drinks during the day....it's comfort I think at this point. But he won't settle back if I don't nurse him and I don't want to let him cry it out.... I don't want to overly stress either of us out lol...but I do wanna wean... I was only planning on nursing until a year or earlier...
