These after cramps while breastfeeding don’t feel very good 😩 but I’m just glad that the last two feedings went good and she latched and stayed on the whole time 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

To get some relief of the cramps is to empty your bladder before feedings. Hope this helps.
