OMG PLEASE HELP !!!! So for those of you who like myself are pumping building up your milk supply so you can EBF what do you do for sore nipples?? Mine are so sore and it's really making me not want to pump!

@lilstewartsmom Fit is very important! Do you have an LC who can help you get the right size flange?
@lilstewartsmom I found those to be better for heat. 10 seconds is more than enough in the microwave. And for cold I used a normal ice pack.
I use a spray,Medela cream, Lanisol and put on coconut oil (when I take shower 🚿 only)
I would also make sure you’re using the right flange size. Sometimes the wrong size can cause more soreness.
@lilstewartsmom, it’s usually printed on the flange. I believe there is a standard size. I’m blanking right now but I’m sure you can google about proper fit. Milky mama is also a great resource for that.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
T- when I was EBF for Ava I learned to jist use milk on my nips before and after pumping and coconut oil in between . Made a huge difference!!!
