Ok Mama’s! Its time for me to start transitioning cows milk into my sons diet. I have reservations because of the hormones in cows milk. Have you guys used organic cows milk? What were your findings? I know they say he needs the fat in whole milk but its the other stuff in it that concerns me. I feel like starting with 2% but I feel I may end up with while milk. What did u guys do? Everyone chime in if you feel.
Is soy formula milk better than enfamil formula (cows milk)? Im trying to be vegetarian and dont want my 3 month old drinking cows milk anymore. Would it be okay to switch??

We are on soy but whole milk is recommended to start. They need the fat that’s in the milk. Just slowly start mixing bottles or sippys with what you’re using now and milk. Little bits at a time.
