Okay, so i posted a few days ago about my 2yr old complaing about his leg hurting and having so many fevers. His dr got him in today amd checked him out. Told me to record it on paper for a month and come back. If the fevers and pain keep occurring then they will be doing blood work because in his word 'there is a possibility it could be a disease'.. My heart sunk. So if everyone could say a prayer for my baby boy i'd really appreciate it.

@hbowen2018 I would stay on the doctor, bloodwork is a pinch and it's done. The fact that he keeps saying it over 6 weeks makes me wonder...we never in a million years would have thought my niece had a bone infection, and my sister had to stay on her doctor like crazy, because to add complications to it, my niece is on the autism spectrum. It shouldn't be so hard. :/ Keep us posted!

Any update?
Sorry i been offline for a while.. The dr told me there is a possibility he may have a muscular disease but refused testing.. He was put on antibiotics for a bad case of pneumonia but since has been doing better
@hbowen2018 oh wow. glad he's doing better!!
Sending positive thoughts and prayers. If you’re uncomfortable waiting you can always take him to a different doctor or to a lab and get the blood work done... hope he is feeling better and it’s nothing to worry about.
Definitely push for bloodwork. I understand not wanting to put the kid through that but it takes a few minutes and its done. If he suspects it could be a disease then he should be checking into it ASAP.
Prayers
My niece had this for months and the doctor called it "growing pains". It turns out this SUPER healthy niece of mine had osteomyelitis in her femur. The germs got in through some small cut or something and settled in the bone. I would ask for bloodwork sooner rather than later, see if the white blood cell count is up. Is it effecting his walking or activities?

@jenx i definitely will! Thank you!
@hbowen2018, I accidentally thanked ur comment lol, but I was going to say I would check with another doctor. All they have to do is take a little blood from him, that shouldn’t be any inconvenience and they should of at his appointment, if he has some kind of infection or problem it should wait another month.
Sending prayers! This may be a dumb question, why not just do bloodwork now instead of waiting one month?
He said he needed more information on paper rather that off just what i say cause he doesn't just like to order blood work on kids that small
