I was told it was normal. Everything is stretching and growing. My doctor said only to be concerned if it’s cramping AND spotting. If you’re concerned definitely talk to your doctor.
@ladypontiac97, what do you mean you dried up? Maybe go to the Dr and get a little piece of mind. I cramped with both babes and I had a full period for a month with my youngest. Good luck.
I was told it's totally normal as long as there isn't any bleeding or spotting. I felt extremely crampy, I was confident I would get my period and it just never came. If the cramps become painful even without blood I would call anyways. They're very uncomfortable but they shouldn't be severe.
I had cramping like I was going to get my period on and off for the first week or so. Basically from 4-5 weeks pregnant. It started to get better from there. Happened that way with all 3 of my pregnancies.

Cramping with lower back pain & bleeding you need to go to the hospital . “Cramping” during early pregnancy is normal .
