Sit in a steamy bathroom and run a cool mist humidifier nose Frieda and like commenter above me said bring to the doctor immediately if it progresses

Nose Frida and saline spray. I did every hour or more if needed. Don't let it get too bad. Mine had a snotty nose on day 5 and then got rsv at 3 weeks. Watch for a cough or fever and take them immediately to the Dr or er

@twilliam yes sneeze to me is just her nose being irritated or clearing the passage way. Know that their airway is the size of their pinky nail so if it gets worse take them in immediately

@twilliam you can also put them on a slight incline in their crib or bassinet to help

All great advice above! My little went through stuffiness at a very young age as well. Is hard for us as parents for sure! Kiddo slept on one of us in a recliner when he was especially congested to give him the incline.
