Any one else get angry easily? I swear this isn’t me and I’ve been having really bad days because a lot seems to upset me even things that shouldn’t 😢💔 I have weird emotions, and very angry especially with my SO 😭 idk what to do

I’m working on that too. I figured out that my reason for getting angry was because I can’t control the situation or the person. I try to tell myself that I can only control my reaction and not anyone but myself.
