Any ladies take iron supplements while pregnant? What brand did you take and how many mg?
Blood results came back as mildly anemic so iron pills here I come!

I took a liquid supplement and not the tablets because I heard they make you constipated and I didn’t want to get piles !

Check how much is in your prenatal first. It’s not good to take too much.

alhynele Try taking a prenatal that already has iron. I only take two pills once a day :)
