I've had a headache every night around 6-till I fall asleep for the passed week. Is there anything natural I can take or eat? I would take a tylenol but for 1) they dont work for me 2) if you cant give them to a child under 6 months, are they really safe for an unborn child ? 🤔

I found ice and cold cloth works better than even Tylenol for my headaches.

I am prone to migraines but now since being pregnant I get frequent headaches.

Now this is MY personal experience here, a lot of people might flip out and disagree with me but I took tramadol it’s a little more powerful than ibprophen and it worked for me plus it was safe during my pregnancy (my doctors told me it was) just as long as you don’t over due it

@ameenas.momma, it worked wonders for me just again do NOT over due it your baby could be born with withdrawal symptoms and that would be terrible

Here's her bio and general tips: Hello I am Ceiamaria I am a stay at home Mother to 4 children ages 12,8,7 and 11 months old. I am happily married for 12 years and we are still going strong. I am determined and driven for success FAILURE isn't an option for me. I potty trained my oldest at 9 months old. My 2 middle son's were more difficult they were between 18 months and 2 years old. My baby boy was showing interest in potty training, I decided to buy him a potty chair. Potty training tips 1.) Don't rush your child 2.)Don't yell at your child 3.) Don't punish your child for having accidents 4.) Don't give you child candy 5.) Don't compare other children to your child 6.) Do praise your child 7.) Clap your hands when your child goes to the potty. 8.)Take your child every 15-30 minutes to the potty 9.)Don't criticize your child 10.) I don't recommend pull ups but I don't bash mothers who decided to use them. 11.) Remember potty training is not taught in one day you have to be determined to potty train your child. At What Age Should a Child Make Their Own Breakfast?

Make your own breakfast! At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
