Why is it that no matter how hard I try to go to sleep early.. I can only sleep for 3 hours? I can never get a full nights rest.

My son has started sleeping the night, but not me lol. I'm not even uncomfortable, I felt extremely sore and huge at night with my son. And had to pee every second.but with this one complete opposite, except I'll wake up at 5am and just not be able to fall asleep. Or ill wake up a few times during the night and absolutely want to sleep in forever. I could wake up at 10am and want to keep sleeping. I just feel so dang tired all the time . I don't want to move
