Did you speak to your doctor about doing this during pregnancy? Hebralife is definitely not something that should be done during pregnancy. It requires you to eat something like 500 less calories a day. Please speak with your doctor before doing this. Pregnancy is no time to start any kind of diet plan for losing or maintaining weight.

My exact thought! Is this safe during pregnancy?? It does NOT sound like it. You'll have time AFTER baby to work on your body. WHY jeopardize or take anything from your growing baby over the number on a tag?? Doesn't seem worth it.
