How much milk does your little ones go through on a weekly basis!?
Between both my kids and cooking, we go through 3 gallons a week.
Lynnie is only supposed to drink 2 8 Oz cups a day but she drinks 3-4 a day I'd say..
It use to be a lot but Louis has cut down and Natalie isn’t on whole milk just yet. But I actually believe it’s suppose to only be 16-24 ounces a day.
I know when my daughter was little she drank way more.. Like a a gallon in two days but now she's older and eats more variety so in between all of us we buy 3 - 4 gallons of milk...my older son loves cereal and likes his cereal swimming in milk 😂
My kids are like that with cereal too lol they want more milk than cereal 😂
My youngest literally just started drinking milk. She drinks almost a gallon by herself.
@mommy_x3
Believe it or not they can drink too much. Too much milk can keep their bodies from absorbing iron correctly (what happened to my oldest) . Vitamin D blocks iron consumption.
I think 24-32 oz a day is the recommendation. So about 4-6 cups.
@nerdymommyplus2 okay.. My boys drink anywhere from 2-4 a day and Eliana drinks about 5 4-5 oz bottles along with her food
@mommy_x3, no more than 24 ounces for Eliana is recommended according to my doctor anymore will mess them up and kooper was original drinking more than that at first and his stomach is super messed up still now he doesn’t drink more than 12-18 ounces a day
It's awful but I can't get her off of it! She will not drink almond, soy or coconut. Trying cashew next.
@mommy_x3 I'm not sure on the taste but it's better for them than cow milk. I'll let u know how it tastes when we get some
@lifewithlynnieandwill88 okay.. I've always been curious about it, but I don't think I could find any around here lol
We buy milk every other day but that’s for all of us and cooking and what not
id have to say including me always using the milk & occasionally hubby, we buy 3-4 gallons of milk a week @mommy_x3
It use to be a lot but Louis has cut down and Natalie isn’t on whole milk just yet. But I actually believe it’s suppose to only be 16-24 ounces a day.
