Moms with more than one child .... did you let other child stay with you in the hospital for birth or did you get a sitter until after you got out of the hospital?
I know that had to be amazing! That’s why I don’t want her missing any part of it . You can’t get that moment back
@destiny. Her first words after seeing her "Wooooow, cute baby. *Gasp* MY BABY" With the biggest smile ever.
We did have her sleep during my labor process though. It took longer than expected and my epidural was not nice 😂 just wish I had recorded her reaction lol
@mychemicalshaymance, awwww😍 I hope my daughter says something cute or atleast has a nice reaction 😂 I never know what to expect with her .
I guess we will just let her stay throughout the day but not to sleep.
I don’t want her to be left out 😩
You can’t have them in hospital room for birth. I’d just get a sitter for the entire time.
Oh no I didn’t mean like during the actual birth. Lol I’m having a csection it’s not even possible for her to be in the room . I meant the time spent in the hospital!
My nurse with this last baby offered to sit with my children while I was giving birth (like literally the active labor part) so my dh could be with me, as he was the one watching the kids as we have no one else. With my 2nd the nurse was practically screaming at us for my son to leave and I wasn't even that many cm dilated yet.
So I suppose it depends on who you get.
@destiny. i went into labor with my daughter when i was 23 weeks & 5 days pregnant, i thought i was gunna have a full term pregnancy this time so i thought we were gunna bring my son if i did give birth in May but we ended up going into labor wayy too soon & ended up having my husbands older brother watch our son, i thought my son was going to be a brat like he is with me & dad but he ended up being a good boy thank goodness, it was actually a relief that we didnt bring our son cause we got to spend quality time with our daughter before she passed away without our son screaming and running around the room but i do regret not bring him because he never got to meet his little sister 😞
My daughter is usually well behaved with her dad around I just know she’s going to be overly excited lol
My dad and sister watched the older two while my mom and husband stayed with me. They stayed nearby and went to the park by the hospital and then came in thr room when baby was in my arms, placenta was delivered and I was mostly cleaned up lol. They took turns to visit when we were in post-partum room.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
