If your kids can find and click related videos then yes they can access it on YouTube kids. I suggest going into parental settings and selecting approved content only. This will prevent them from searching and related videos won't pop up.
Why have I seen this before and I know it wasn't on a YouTube video... It looks familiar though. I'm definitely keeping an eye on my son with YouTube from now on
