I think a good time to find it is about 10-13 weeks that’s when your placenta has gotten big enough to go past your navel and baby is easier to find.

Ps. I’m no expert it’s just from personal experience. Plus I have a belly so it’s easier to find baby later in pregnancy at least for me.

I totally recommend it. Just for peace of mind.

Mine was gifted to me so no money wasted here but even if it wasn’t gifted I would buy it. It definitely gave me a piece of mind in the early weeks but it also upset me cause I didn’t find the heart beat until like 12 weeks when most ppl found it so much earlier. But I’d still get it.

I got one with my first and used it with my second and will with this one. My uterus is retro though so it's always a little longer before I hear it but when I do, it helps me focus on WHY I'm so miserably sick Haha. Plus the comfort and my husband enjoys hearing it and connecting too.

I bought one with my first n thought was ok and never used it with my second one but I miscarried my 3rd babys heart stopped so now with my fourth I thought I should get one

I just got mine yesterday and I love it! It's so nice to be able to check on the baby in between appointments. But it was extremely hard to find the heartbeat at first it still takes me like 10mins. After 12weeks you can usually find the heartbeat easier.
