Just hit 11 weeks. I'm freaking out a little because I'm cramping a tad and my body is sore. I worked out yesterday for the first time in a while. I wonder if the cramping is normal.... 🤔

It could be ligament pain. It's worse with each pregnancy.
Cramping is Normal. If you start bleeding though, then I'd go in.

Yeah if I experience bleeding, no one will be able to tell me not to go to the ER lol

Cramping is normal I had it bad since 4 weeks my cramping wasn’t bad wit my first pregnancy with my son but this pregnancy the cramping gets painful. Should go away towards secound trimester but everyone different

Cramping with no period let’s me know I’m pregnant lol that’s how I knew with this pregnancy because I experienced it with my son long as ur not bleeding the cramping is normal

yeah and every pregnancy is different as well. With my son never sick or nausea and could eat whatever this pregnancy everything I eat I throw up can’t hold anything down always feeling nausea

@mamiprincess77, oh wow. That doesn't sound fun. Yes I know though! With my daughter I didn't even know I was pregnant for a while. I've had my days with this pregnancy. I was just thinking about this pregnancy alone not cramping until now. Because so far, everything has been almost night and day from when I was pregnant with my daughter! 😫

Yes cramping is very normal in early pregnancy. Or should I say pregnancy in general. Its roubd ligament pains due to your body changing and expanding in the inside.

I never cramped with my first.
This one however I’ve cramped off and on the entire time. I also have round ligament pains bad this time around!!
