I just saw a photo of a woman’s 5 week old, premature baby drinking out of a sippy cup full of water/juice. How does one go about appropriately telling her that is an absolutely terrible idea? What would you guys do?
I feel like the nicer I try to say it the more of an effect it may have and she won’t keep hurting her poor baby!
I just found out sil is feeding my 3 month old niece solids because she's apparently hungry all the time. I've told her time and time again when to start solids too. Some people just don't want the advice. You can try and say something and see if she'll listen, chances are she already know she's not supposed to be doing it and is thinking she knows best like most people these days.
I definitely feel as though if I don’t point it out, or attempt to help, I’m responsible. Sort of like say something if you see something?
@katelynknitseverything I would definitely say something. Just don't be surprised if she won't take the advice. Apparently putting your kids in danger and getting butthurt if someone tries to help is the thing to do these days. It's so sad because they risk their babies lives for pride. 😞
I dint know that there is a good way to tell someone that what they are doing can kill their baby. 😔
